Being inspired by the wonderful feelings that always accompany us on vacation and to create a type of retreat where we would imagine staying during our own travels, we are keen to share our vision with you, welcoming you to the luxury villa that our heritage house has now become.  Since 2015, we have worked hard to weave together an interdisciplinary approach of our passion for design, expertise in business and building development, restoration, appreciation for fine cuisine and wine, commitment to organic sustainability principles, admiration for craftsmanship, antiques, and respect for nature's healing qualities, all culminating in the creation of the retreat that is now Heritage Villa Laurel.

 

Originally from Rijeka and Island of Krk, we lived and worked in Rijeka for many years before we decided upon restoring a Heritage Villa Laurel in our ancestral land in Sveti Anton, Malinska. With years of experience in the financial sector, client relations, and travel, we have drawn upon our professional knowledge and experience to create a sort of haven where the interiors are harmonious, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, the service is thoughtfully attentive, the surroundings of nature are refreshing and inspirational, the spa is healing and there are abundant opportunities and ventures for you to undertake during your stay at Heritage Villa Laurel.

 

Once again reconnecting with Villa's origins as a place of family and harmony with nature, we have tried to create the ultimate retreat where you can truly relax and enjoy in our many spaces on the estate. Heritage Villa Laurel marks our inaugural project, a labor of love that has been meticulously crafted with passion and dedication, but as much as we enjoy our first endeavor, our journey does not end here. We are already hard at work on our second project, driven by the same ethos of excellence and innovation that defines Heritage Villa Laurel.
